Hi there, my name is Saskia and I am the founder of the company. My initial interest in management started early in my career. I left university with two Master degrees in Science but that did not help me much with managing a team. Management skills are not taught in university, you have to learn them the hard way and practise. Later in life I supported my practical managerial knowledge with management theories, as a Master of Business Administration focussing on Strategy, Governance, Leadership and Finance. Recently I finalised the certification as Supervisory Board Member, from the University of Maastricht. Today I can proudly say that I am a senior management professional, combining management philosophies with excellent people skills and a vast array of expert management tools to help solve your management problems.

It is my mission to assist businesses doing the right thing. That is why I am a big fan of Corporate Citizenship. I prefer to work in interim projects making sure the intellectual property stays within your company. My methods are effective and efficient, based on the latest research in Management and Leadership. I like to work with other specialists to combine a diversity of skills and to fuse different points of view. My former clients appreciated my stability in heated times, my perseverance under high stress and my clear and solid solutions.
