Introduction
My name is Saskia, founder of Eticius. My interest in management and leadership began early in my career. Although I obtained two Master of Science degrees at university, I soon discovered that effective leadership is learned primarily in practice — not from textbooks.
Through experience, reflection and learning by doing, I developed my leadership approach. To strengthen this practical experience with solid management frameworks, I later completed an English-taught Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Strategy, Marketing, Finance and Leadership.
More recently, I became certified by Maastricht University as a member of a Supervisory Board. Today, I combine academic insight with real-world experience to support leaders and organizations in making sustainable decisions and providing clear direction for the future.
